Overview

The Moderation Logs system records all disciplinary actions taken within your server. Each log includes the responsible moderator, affected user, Roblox Player ID, reason, and punishment history.

Creating a New Log

To create a new moderation log:
  • Enter the User (Roblox username or ID)
  • Select the Type (Warning, Kick, Ban, Ban Bolo, or Note)
  • Provide a Reason explaining the action
  • Optionally, Add Description or Upload Images (Melonly Plus feature)

Multi User Logging

Multi User Logging allows moderators to apply the same action to multiple users at once. After typing in a user and selecting them, press Enter to finalise the selection.
You can repeat this process to add up to 5 users to a single log entry.
All selected users will receive the same log type and reason.
Descriptions and images (Melonly Plus feature) apply to all users included in the multi user log.

Log Types

Each log type serves a specific purpose:

Temporary Bans

Temporary bans automatically unban users after a set time.
This feature is available only to Melonly Plus subscribers.

Ban Bolo Automation

When a Ban Bolo is completed, Melonly automatically bans the user in-game if the Automatic Ban Bolo Completion feature is enabled.
Learn more on the Ban Bolo Automation page.

Hiding Logs

Hiding a log prevents the affected user from viewing it in their log history for your server.
Moderators can still access hidden logs for internal review.

Best Practices

  • Always include clear reasons for actions.
  • Use descriptions and images for evidence when possible.
  • Avoid duplicate logs for the same incident.
  • Review punishment history before issuing new actions.
