Member Management

Welcome to the Members Guide, your go-to resource for managing and understanding the members on your server. Whether you’re looking to view the existing staff roster, add new members, or handle membership requests, this guide has got you covered.

Members List

To see the list of staff members on your server, head over to the Members page. Here by default, you will be presented with a list of all your server Dashboard members. Additional information includes their Discord Avatar, Dashboard Roles, Join Date, and LOA status.

Adding Members

Adding members is easy. Staff can request to join your server using it’s respective Join Code at melonly.xyz/dashboard.

Removing Members

Server Dashboard members with the Administrator or Member Page permission can easily remove members from the server. To do this, simply click the red Remove Member button on the left of the member you wish to remove.

Membership Requests

When someone submits a join request to your server with it’s Join Code, they won’t immediately join your server. They will have to be manually accepted (unless your Melonly server has linked roles with Melonly plus) into the server by a member with the Administrator or Member Page permission.
