Server Directory Settings
Setting it up
You’d first want to go into the chosen server of your choice dashboard. Once you’re in the dashboard head over toServer Directory (Located on the far left side). Here you will be presented with questions to fill out, this includes (but not limited to); Name of your server, Description(s) & Join Code. After applying you’d want to Submit your Application for further review.

Configure your Server Directory Page
First to configure your server directory page, you will need to fill out the form, to find this form you’ll need to navigate to your server dashboard and click on
Server Directory on the left side. Once there, you will be able to fill out the form with all of the required information.
Configuring your Server Information
When filling out the form, you will need to fill out your server information, this includes your server name, short description, description, brand color, join code, show discord members and server icon.
Configuring your Server Images
After filling out your server information, you will need to fill out your server images, this includes banners and any other images you would like to display on your server directory page, to really make it pop.
Configuring your Server Tags & Categories
Once you’ve finished filling out your server images, you will need to fill out your server tags and categories, this includes tags which will help with users searching on the server directory.
Configuring your Server Region & Language
After filling out your server tags and categories, you will need to fill out your server region and language, this includes the part of the world your server is based in and the language that the serverwide Language (e.g. Spanish only, English Only, etc).
Configuring your Server Social Links
Finally, you will need to fill out your server social links, this includes your server’s social media accounts (Youtube, Discord, Tiktok, X, Roblox, Website). We highly recommend adding your Discord here as it will allow users to join your discord which will give you more members!

This is to configure how your server appears in the server directory.
You are able to change the way it appears in the future!
| Server Inforation | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Input your server name here, what you input here will become the server name. |
| Short Description | A brief description of your server, include where the server is based and keep it short and sweet. |
| Description | This is the actual description of your server, include everything but ensure to follow our Guidelines. |
| Brand Color | A colour which matches your server brand, this will be set the background of your server directory page. |
| Join Code | This is your Emergency Response: Libery County or Maple County join code, not your discord server. |
| Show Discord Members | Is toggle switch when enable will show the amount of discord members in the server. |
| Server Icon | Upload your server icon here. |

This is will determine the part of the world and what Language the server is based on.

Once your server has been reviewed by a member of Melonly Staff Team, you will be able to have 3 options.
- Remove from Directory
- Vist Directory Page
- Copy Links
Pressing this will mean your server will be removed from Server Directory with all of the votes and reviews.

In order to change your server Directory URL you simply press the light green button which says “Change URL” and purchase a one-time URL rename for only $4.99!
