Troubleshooting

That Discord server is linked to a different Melonly server or department. Run /unlink in the Discord server, then link it again.
The person who made the log hasn’t signed up to Melonly. It fixes itself once they create an account.
Give the bot View Channel and Send Messages in that channel, then save the channel setting again.
Your roles don’t allow any log types. Ask an admin to update your role permissions.
Type their username in a player field, then click the avatar on the right of the input to copy their ID.
With the Manage Shifts permission, click their avatar on the Mod Panel to end their shift or break.
Your server probably has Shift Automation on, which ends your shift when you leave the ER:LC server. If it ends while you’re still in game, link your Roblox account.
Discord doesn’t let bots change the server owner’s nickname. For everyone else, Melonly’s bot role must be above the member’s highest role. See Nicknames and Roles.
Open the form’s settings and set Form Type to Application. Only applications can be accepted or denied. See Applications.
For the icon, click Sync from Discord in your server’s Settings. Name changes can take up to 5 hours to sync, and unlinking won’t speed it up.

Melonly always uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and the site working. Analytics and marketing cookies are optional. In regions that require consent first, a banner asks you on your first visit. Choose Accept all, Essential only or Customize to pick each option yourself. To change your choice later, open the Cookie Policy, scroll to Manage Your Preferences, tick what you want and click Save preferences. Preferences are saved per browser, so set them again on other devices.
