What is the infractions feature?

The Infractions module is a all in one module that overall helps you with your servers staff management. Everything within the infractions module is fully customisable to your liking, including staff guidelines, warnings/strikes, suspensions and even auto staff termination.

How can I set up the infraction module?

The Infractions module requires Melonly Plus, you won’t be able to use this module until you have an active subscription to Melonly Plus.To learn more about Melonly Plus, click here.

Finding Infraction

First you want to navigate to your servers dashboard, then head to the Infractions page.

Heading to Settings

From there you want to navigate to the Settings tab within the Infraction page.

Enabling

From there you will see that the infractions module is packed with unique features, never seen before which you will need to set up the point system. And then you are all done unless you’d like to enable more features such as our guidelines.
Here you will be able to search your staff members records and find out their punishments.
Melonly can only Direct Message the user who is infracted, suspended, terminated if they have the infractions notifications enabled in their user settings on Melonly.They can do this at their Melonly Account page here.
Pressing the hammers on the right of a user will give you 3 options which will consist of “Infract”, “Suspend” and “Terminate”.
