What is the ER:LC Events Webhook?

The ER:LC Events Webhook is the new, official way for Melonly to receive real‑time server events directly from your ER:LC private server - without needing Discord webhooks. This system is more reliable than PRC’s legacy webhook system and enables:
  • Real‑time event tracking
  • Faster and more accurate log processing
  • Improved moderation features
  • Better stability and fewer missed events
If the Events Webhook is not configured, Melonly will automatically fall back to the old PRC webhook system.

Events Webhook Status

Melonly will show one of two states depending on whether your server is sending events.

Webhook Connected

Events Webhook Connected

This means:
  • Your ER:LC server is successfully sending events
  • Melonly is receiving live data
  • All event‑based features will work normally
You will also see the timestamp of the last received event.

Webhook Pending

Events Webhook Pending

This means:
  • No events have been received yet
  • Melonly cannot confirm the webhook is active
  • Log commands will fall back to the old PRC webhook system
You must configure the webhook in‑game for this to update.

How to Set Up the ER:LC Events Webhook

Follow these steps inside your ER:LC private server:

Open Server Settings

In your ER:LC private server, open the Server Settings menu.

Open Events Webhook

Navigate to the Events Webhook section.

Paste the Melonly Events URL

Set the webhook URL to:
https://melon.ly/eventsYou can also click Copy Events URL inside Melonly.

Save and Exit

Save your settings in your ER:LC server.

Trigger an Event

Perform an action in‑game (e.g. run a command).
This sends the first event to Melonly.

Validate in Melonly

Return to Melonly and click Validate.
Once the first event is received, the status will switch to Connected.

Troubleshooting

If your webhook still shows Pending, check the following:
  • The URL is exactly https://melon.ly/events
  • You saved the settings in ER:LC
  • You triggered an event in‑game
  • Your server is not paused or offline
  • You waited at least 1 - 2 minutes for the first event
If the status does not update after several events, contact support.
