What is the Webhook Configuration?

The Webhook Configuration tells Melonly which Discord channels contain your ERLC logs.
PRC sends webhooks from your ERLC private server into your Discord server, and Melonly reads those messages from the channels you select.
These logs include:
  • Command usage
  • Join and leave events
  • Kicks, bans, and punishments
  • Other server activity logs
Some Melonly features require these logs to function, such as:
  • The :log command
  • Automatic logging of kicks and bans
If PRC webhooks are not sending messages into your Discord channels, these features will not work.

Setup Video

PRC provides an official setup guide for enabling webhooks in your private server:
Follow this video to:
  • Enable command logs
  • Configure webhooks to send messages into your Discord server
Once logs are appearing in Discord, you can link those channels to Melonly.

How to Configure Webhooks

1

Choose a Discord Channel

Decide which channel should receive ERLC logs, for example #command-logs.
2

Copy your Discord Webhook Link

Copy the Discord Webhook Link for your chosen channel.
This is a standard Discord webhook URL.
3

Paste into ERLC Private Server Settings

In your ERLC private server settings, paste the webhook URL into the PRC webhook field.
PRC will now send logs into that Discord channel.
4

Run Commands In Game

Run a few commands in ERLC to generate webhook messages.
You should see embeds appearing in the selected Discord channel.
5

Select Channels in Melonly

In Melonly, select the Webhook Channel and Alternative Channel that now receive PRC logs.

Common Issue: NO_PRC_WEBHOOKS_FOUND

Webhook Validation Error

If you see the error:
NO_PRC_WEBHOOKS_FOUND
Webhook Channel Validation Failed
This means Melonly cannot detect any ERLC webhook messages in the selected Discord channel.

How to Fix It

  • Make sure the Discord Webhook URL is correctly pasted into your ERLC private server
  • Confirm that PRC is sending embeds into the selected Discord channel
  • Run several commands in game (for example :tp, :bring, :kick)
  • Check that command or log embeds appear in the channel
  • Wait 5 minutes and then try saving again
Do not contact support unless:
  • You see Command Usage or similar ERLC embeds in the channel
  • You have waited at least 5 minutes
  • You still cannot save the configuration
