Switching to Melonly moves your moderation logs and shift records from ERM (discontinued), Ducky, or Trident into a new or existing Melonly server. Your staff continues where they left off.

Switch to Melonly & import your data

Visit the Switch page to start an import. Eligible ERM, Ducky, and Trident users get 20% off Melonly Plus.

Import your data

Open the import section

Open your server’s Dashboard Settings page and scroll to the Import section at the bottom.

Choose a platform

Select the platform you’re migrating from:
  • ERM (discontinued)
  • Ducky
  • Trident
You’ll be prompted to invite the Melonly Import Bot to your Discord server so it can access your data.

Select what to import

Choose what you want to migrate:
  • Moderation log channels
  • Shift tracking channels

Start the import

Click Import. Times vary based on data volume — track progress from the same menu.
