Reminders and actions live on the same page and complement each other. Reminders nudge staff at fixed intervals; actions are custom logs staff can fill out for events Melonly doesn’t track natively.

Reminders

Reminders only fire while at least one member is on shift.
Reminders send timed notifications to your staff — for example, an in-game announcement every 10 minutes. Posts can go to a Discord channel and, with the ER:LC API pack, directly into your ER:LC server as :m or :h messages.

Create a reminder

Open Reminders & Actions

On your server’s dashboard, open Reminders & Actions.

Create a new reminder

Click Create new Reminder.

Fill out the form

Set the message, interval, target channel, and (optionally) the ER:LC type. Click Create.

ER:LC reminders

Requires the ER:LC API pack with your API key linked. See ER:LC integration.
When creating a reminder, select Post message in ER:LC. A staff member must be on shift for the reminder to fire.

Click Create new Action.

Add fields for the data you want logged — description, video link, dropdowns, anything. Click Create.
