Activity waves
Wave duration
Decide how long an activity wave lasts — end of month, weekly, biweekly, or specific days.
Hour requirements
Set a quota of hours each staff member must hit per wave. Leave empty for no requirement. Click Custom activity requirements to set different quotas per role.
Inactive period
Flag staff as inactive after a number of days without a shift. Leave empty to disable.

Shifts
Shift settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Shift Logging | Members must be on shift to log punishments. Admins bypass this. |
| In-game Requirement | Members must be in the ER:LC server to start a shift. Requires Roblox connection. Admins bypass. |
| Max On Shift | Maximum simultaneous shifts. Empty = no limit. |
| Minimum Playercount | Minimum players in-game before staff can start a shift |
Shift types
Categorize shifts (e.g. “50/50”, “Admin”, “Support”) for organization.
Default shift report form
Set a default report form for every shift type. Use Shift Start and Shift End question types to capture exact timestamps automatically — no manual entry needed.Shift overview
