“You are not allowed to use this application”

This message comes from Roblox when you link your account. It means your Roblox account doesn’t meet the age needed to use third party apps like Melonly. You must be at least 13 to use Discord and Melonly. If your Roblox account says you’re under 13, you’re blocked even if you’re older in real life.
Melonly can’t change your Roblox age or override this block, and contacting support won’t change it. The fix has to come from Roblox.

Check Your Roblox Birthday

Open Roblox settings

Go to your Roblox Settings and look under Personal for your birthday.

Check your account age

Next to your avatar in the top right, Roblox shows either 13+ or <13.
Roblox doesn’t let accounts under 13 change their birthday. If yours is wrong:

Minimum Age by Country

Even with a 13+ Roblox account, your country may need a higher age. If your country isn’t listed, the minimum is 13.
