What are Waves?
Activity Waves allow you to track moderator activity in structured periods of time. Each wave records online time, break time, and shift activity for your staff team. Activity Waves help you measure performance, set expectations, and review activity history.
They also allow you to automate hour requirements and manage inactivity more effectively.
How Waves Work
A wave begins when you start it and ends automatically based on your configured duration.During a wave, Melonly tracks online time, break time, and shift counts for each moderator. When a wave ends, Melonly stores the results and immediately begins the next wave if your duration settings require it.
You can also manually end or delete waves from the timeline.
