Civilian Panel

The Civilian panel is where civilians create characters, register vehicles and licences, manage records, and call 911. The radio is always available, no matter which page you’re on.

Create a character

Open the civilian panel

From the CAD homepage, select Civilian.

New character

Click + New Character and fill in the details.

Save

Click Save to create the character.

Character fields

Field	Description
First / Last Name	Character’s full name
Date of Birth	Used to calculate age
Sex	Male or Female
Address	Residential address
Phone Number	Contact number
Linked Roblox Account	Optional Roblox account link

Register a vehicle

Open Vehicles

From your character, open the Vehicles tab.

Click Register Vehicle and fill in plate, make, model, colour, and other details.

Save

Click Save to register.

Apply for a driver’s licence

Open Licences

From your character, open the Licences tab.

Apply

Click Apply and fill in the form.

Submit

Submit for processing.

Edit or delete

From the character list, use the kebab (⋮) to edit or delete a character. Records can be edited, deleted, shared, or have prosecution requested.

Deletion is permanent.

Submit a 911 call

Open Submit 911 Call

From your civilian character, click Submit 911 Call.

Fill in the details

Caller	Your character
Type	Civil or emergency
Priority	Urgency level
Postal	Nearest postal code
Address	Street name
Description	What’s happening

Submit

Dispatch will pick up the call.

Open the actions menu by clicking the Melonly CAD logo in the bottom-left.

Action	Description
Leave	Returns to the CAD homepage with no server selected
Switch Panel	Returns to the CAD homepage with the current server still selected
Preferences	Configure audio, keybinds, and radio
Enter Fullscreen	Toggle fullscreen
Information	View Penal Codes and 10-Codes
Notepad	On-the-fly notes
