LOAs let members step away when they can’t fulfill their duties. Melonly auto-ends LOAs when they expire, applies Discord roles, enforces submission cooldowns, and more — all configurable on the Leave of Absence tab.

Request an LOA

Open the dashboard

Open the Melonly dashboard.

Open the server menu

Click the three dots on the server you want to submit an LOA to.

Click Manage LOA

Open the LOA manager.

Submit

Fill out the form and submit. The request stays pending until an administrator reviews it.

Review LOAs

Open the dashboard

Open the Melonly dashboard.

Open the server

Click Dashboard on the server you want to review.

Open Leave of Absence

Find pending requests, active LOAs, and history here.

Approve or deny

Click a request in the Awaiting Review section, read it, and approve or deny.
