The Infractions module handles every part of department member discipline — guidelines, warnings, suspensions, automated termination, and appeals.
Set up infractions
Open Infractions
From your department dashboard, open the Infractions page.
Open Settings
Switch to the Settings tab.
Configure the point system
Set up the point system, then optionally enable extras like guidelines.
Members
Search records
Search any member to view their punishment history.
Punish a member
The hammer icon next to a user opens Infract, Suspend, and Terminate.
Melonly only DMs the user if they have infraction notifications enabled in their account settings. Appeals

| Pending Appeals | Active appeals awaiting review |
| Appeal History | Full history of past appeals, including the original infraction and the appeal response |

Infractions
| Setting | Description |
|---|
| In-Game Permission Revocation | Strips in-game permissions when a member is suspended or terminated |
| Expire Infractions | Voids infractions and suspensions (not terminations) after a set number of days |
| Expiry Days | Days before infractions expire (when expiry is enabled) |
Department guidelines
Guidelines define the rules behind your point system.
Open Infractions
From your department dashboard, open the Infractions page.
Open Settings
Switch to the Settings tab.
Manage Department Guidelines
Click Manage Department Guidelines and add a name, short description, full description, and points. Discord configuration
The point system must be set up before configuring roles.

| Create for Me | Auto-creates the infraction roles for you |
| Warning 1 → Ending Warning | Roles assigned at each warning stage |
| Suspension | Role assigned to suspended members |
| Events Channel | Channel for infraction, suspension, and termination logs |
| Appeals Channel | Channel for appeal submissions and reviews |
Quota settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|
| Enable | Toggle whether missed quotas issue infraction points |
| Infraction Points | Points awarded for missing quota |
| Quota Roles | Roles subject to quota points (empty = all members) |
Points system
| Setting | Description |
|---|
| Create Stage | Add a stage with a point amount, warning level, auto-suspension, and (final stage only) auto-termination |
| Auto-Termination | Notifies admins and revokes privileges when a member hits the termination threshold |
| Auto-Suspension Days | Length of automatic suspensions (0 = indefinite) |
Message customization
Customize the DMs and channel messages sent for infractions, suspensions, terminations, and appeals.
Appeals configuration

| Accepting Infraction Appeals | Lets members appeal infractions and suspensions |
| Accepting Re-Appeals | Lets members reappeal after a denial |
| Re-Appeal Cooldown | Days between re-appeals |
| Copy My Infraction | Copies your full infractions configuration |
