What is Discord Verification?

Discord Verification links a member’s Discord account to their Roblox identity using Melonly’s verification system.
This helps ensure that users in your server are who they claim to be and allows your staff to enforce Roblox based requirements.

Verification can be fully automated or handled manually depending on your server’s needs.

Verification Settings

Setting	Description
Verification Enabled	Master toggle for enabling or disabling verification
Auto Verification	Automatically verifies users who have already verified with Melonly
Roblox Username Sync	Syncs Discord nicknames to Roblox usernames
Verify Channel	Channel used for welcome messages or static verification buttons
Main Verification Type	The primary verification flow used for new members
Command Enabled	Enables the `/verify` command

Direct Message	Sends the user a verification prompt via DM
Static Button	Users click a button in the verify channel
Slash Command	Users run `/verify` to begin verification
Welcome Channel	Pings the user in a welcome channel with verification instructions

How to send the verification button

Once you’ve configured your verification type with the Static button option, you’ll need to send the verification embed into your designated channel.

Verification Type

Open your Verification Type configuration

Click the Send Button

Click the green arrow to send the embed into your configured Discord Channel.
