Address Shortcuts
Configure region-specific labels — emergency number, currency, status codes, speed units, and more. Apply preset Presets are ready-made regional configurations applied in one click. Tweak fields after applying. Available presets: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China, India, Mexico, South Africa, Singapore, Hong Kong, Ireland, Portugal. Regional words Field Description Emergency Number Primary contact number — 911, 999, 112, or any custom value Currency Symbol Symbol shown alongside monetary values Ten Codes Shorthand radio communication codes Criminal Code Term Label for your legal code (e.g. “Penal Code”) DMV Name Label for the vehicle and licensing authority (e.g. DMV, DVLA) Transportation Authority Name of your transportation/transit agency Speed Units MPH or KPH
Status codes Status codes label what units are doing. All five can be renamed to match your department. Status Description Unit Available Free and ready for assignment Unit Unavailable Off-duty or unable to take calls Unit Busy Tied up with an active call Unit Enroute Travelling to a call or task Unit On Scene Arrived at the call location
Manage shorthand radio codes — “10-20” for location, “10-4” for acknowledged, etc. Import from Sonoran CAD Migrating from Sonoran? Click Import on the 10 Codes tab and upload your export file (Sonoran System Standards format). Tones are audio signals played in response to CAD events. Open the CAD admin panel
Go to CAD → select your server → Admin → Customization .
Open the Agencies tab
Click Agencies .
Add the agency
Click Add Agency , fill out the form, and save.
Agency fields Field Description Name Full agency name (e.g. “Liberty County Police Department”) Abbreviation Short form used throughout the CAD (e.g. “LCPD”) Equipment / Abilities Gear and capabilities available to members Panel Which CAD panel members use Restrict Department Limits the agency to a specific department Jurisdiction Area Geographic or in-game area of authority Subdivisions Specialized units like SWAT, Traffic, K9
Subdivisions Subdivisions are specialized units within an agency — SWAT, Traffic, K9, Detectives. Each operates under its parent agency but is configured independently. Field Description Name Full subdivision name (e.g. “Special Weapons and Tactics”) Abbreviation Short form (e.g. “SWAT”) Equipment / Abilities Gear specific to this subdivision
Bundle units together so their availability and responses can be managed as a set. Create a group
Open the Groups tab
CAD admin panel → Customization → Groups .
New Group
Click New Group .
Configure
Enter a name, optional max units, and an optional agency restriction.
Create
Click Create to save.
Address shortcuts let dispatchers quickly fill in common addresses — hospitals, busy intersections, civilian spawn — without typing them out. Create a shortcut
Open the Address Shortcuts tab
CAD admin panel → Customization → Address Shortcuts .
New Shortcut
Click New Shortcut .
Set the shortcut and address
Left column: the shortcut name dispatchers type. Right column: the full address it expands to. Shortcut names can’t match existing street names or intersections.
