Navigating to your Melonly Profile

To navigate to your profile you’ll need to first log in to your Melonly account, you can do this by just logging into Melonly through the main page. In the top right corner you’ll see a Log in button.

You can find your Melonly Account Page here or by clicking your profile picture while on any page of Melonly like in the example below. Your account settings with Melonly are vital, you can do so much from there! You will learn more about what exactly you can do and how you can do it below.

My Account

Under the My Account tab you’ll find the relevant information about your Melonly account, your discord account profile picutre and username will be displayed here (you can always refresh this if it’s outdated). You can also link a roblox account from this page or even unlink a current Roblox account. If you find the Roblox data is outdated, you can always update it.

General Settings

Here you’ll be able to select your default server, making sure your most important server is your priority. Don’t you like our ER:LC API auto-shifts? Well you can also disable them under the general settings tab! Just select the checkmark and it’ll disable ER:LC Auto Shifts. Also, you can choose what you want Melonly to direct message you for, just so you can get your priorities straight.

Notifications

Under this tab you’ll be able to see all your relevant notifications with Melonly. This could be product updates, server updates or even our blog posts!

Manage Leave of Absence

Here you can select any Melonly servers your in to manage your Leave of Absence within the server, this is a fast way to quickly submit an LOA.

Punishment Logs

Here you’ll be able to see your Punishment Logs within servers that allow you to see your personal logs (moderation logs).

Priority Request

If you are wanting to quickly request a priority within one of your favourite Roleplay servers, you can quickly do this from your Melonly accounts profile.

Requesting a Priority

To request a priority, you need to ensure the link is publically accessible to your members. When a user clicks on the link, they will be taken to the priority request page where they can fill out the form and submit the request.

You can also request a priority from your Profile page. This is useful if you want to request a priority without having to find the link. Just head to your profile page and click on the “Request Priority” tab and select the server your requesting the priority in. This will take you to the same page as the link above.

My Infractions

You can keep up with your infractions straight from your accounts page, just so you can quickly double check if you’re still in a good range of points within your favourite server.
