Department Settings Page

Melonly provides a wide range of settings and configuration options, allowing you to quickly get your department up and running. Customize it to fit your exact preferences and optimize it for your needs.
Ensure you click the Save button when you are finished.
Otherwise, your selections/edits will not be saved.

Department Name

You can easily change the name of your dashboard under the Department Name field. This name will be displayed to all members of the department.

You can easily change the icon of your dashboard under the Department icon field. This icon will be displayed to all members of the department.

Pinned Buttons

You can add pinned buttons to your department dashboard for easy access to important links or resources. These buttons will be displayed on your Home Page, on the right under the Shift Manage section.
You can use this for anything you want such as links to department guidelines, actions, or anything else you want to pin on your home page for quick access. Supported types include: Links, Melonly Forms, Melonly Documents, and Melonly Actions.

Discord Autokick

Enable this if you want members of the server to be automatically kicked when they leave the linked Discord server.

Navigating to the Server Settings Page

Go to your server’s dashboard and locate the Discord Autokick section.

Toggle the Autokick option on or off. When enabled, members will be automatically removed when they leave the linked Discord server.

This code is used to invite new staff members to your dashboard. You can also invite them with a link. Click Copy Join Link to copy your server’s join link to your clipboard. This cannot be disabled, only regenerated.Need a new code? No worries.
Click Regenerate to generate a new join code. The old one will be invalidated.

Go to your server’s dashboard and locate the Join Code section.

From here you can copy or regenerate your Join Code. This unique code invites new staff members.
Your Join Code is unique to your server—keep it safe and share only with trusted members.

These actions are potentially destructive and cannot be undone. Please proceed with caution.

Reset Activity WavesResets all activity waves to 0, deleting all current shifts. This cannot be undone.
Delete DepartmentPermanently deletes the department and all related data (rosters, shifts, activity data, etc.). This cannot be undone.
