Overview of the Department Module
The Department Module is the latest evolution within the Melonly Ecosystem — a fully customizable system built to bring every type of roleplay department to life, whether realistic, fictional, or entirely unique. It’s designed to serve as the foundation for smooth, authentic, and efficient department management. This module combines Melonly’s core functionality with several powerful new features. The Roster provides a clear, hierarchy-based view of every member. Resources offer a shared space for managing documents, applications, and operational procedures. Open Your Dashboard
Go to your Melonly Dashboard, click ‘New’ & select ‘Department’
Inital Creation
Information & Parent Server
Fill in all required information, select your parent server (this is the main Melonly server of your ER:LC Private Server) and link your department Discord Server
Department Type
Select your department type to receive specifically catered tools.
You're Done!
Once completed, your department is created & can be accessed on your dashboard
