What are Statuses?
Your status tells dispatch and other units what you’re doing. Change it with the Status button in the top bar, or with a keyboard shortcut.Statuses
- Admins can rename these and add up to 4 custom statuses. See Customization. You can bind a key to a custom status in Preferences.
- Dispatch units only have Available, Busy and Unavailable.
- Dispatchers and supervisors can change your status for you.
Auto Status
Auto Status changes your status for you when something happens. Open it from Automations on your assigned call card.
Set a trigger to None to turn it off. Auto Status is saved on this device.
Panic
Click Panic in the top bar or press Alt + P to alert everyone that you need urgent help. Press it again to turn it off. Your unit flashes red everywhere and everyone hears the panic tone with your last known location. Dispatchers and supervisors can also toggle panic for you. Panic isn’t available on the Dispatch panel.Need help?
