# Mass Unban

> Clear your whole ER:LC ban list with a one-time paid run, ideal for a community relaunch.

## What is Mass Unban?

Mass Unban resets your ER:LC ban list. Melonly unbans every player on the list for you, which is useful when you relaunch your community.

Before you buy, you can preview how many players are banned and how long the run should take.

  Mass Unban removes every ban, including players banned for valid reasons. Review your ban list before you start.

## Pricing

Mass Unban is a one-time purchase of \$4.99 for one run (UK prices include VAT). It is not a subscription and is not part of Melonly Plus.

* One purchase covers one run.
* Paying never starts the run by itself. The server owner starts it when ready.
* You can only hold one unused run at a time.
* If there are no banned players, you do not need to buy anything. An unused purchase stays available for a future run.

## How to use Mass Unban

You'll find Mass Unban on the **ER:LC Integration → API** page, below Punishment Controls.

    Click **Preview mass unban**. Melonly shows how many players are banned and roughly how long the run will take.

  <Step title="Confirm you understand">
    Tick the box confirming the run includes players banned for valid reasons.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Buy one run">
    Click **Buy one run** to pay at checkout. When you return, the dashboard checks for your purchase automatically, so don't buy again while it's checking.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Start the run">
    The server owner clicks **Review and start your purchased run**, confirms again, then clicks **Start mass unban**. At least one player must be in your private server.

  <Step title="Track progress">
    Click **View mass-unban progress** to see how many players are done and how long is left.
  </Step>

## Who Can Run It

* Anyone with access to the ER:LC Integration page can buy a run.
* Only the server owner can start it. Others can click **Copy owner handoff link** to send the owner straight to the run.

The ban list is checked again when the run starts, so new bans are included. Processing pauses while nobody is in game and continues when someone joins.
