Records Centre is your filing cabinet. It holds the records you've written, your drafts, and for supervisors, records waiting for review. Open it from the CAD menu. The Records Centre window on the My Files tab, showing two Vehicle Citation drafts *** ## Tabs | Tab | What it's for | | - | - | | My Files | Records you've written and your drafts | | Search | Opens [Record Search](/CAD/User/lookups#record-search) | | New Record | Start a record from your panel's templates | | Get Call | Find a call by incident number | | Supervisor Centre | Records waiting for supervisor review | ### Supervisor Centre Supervisors see every record of their panel's types with an empty supervisor-only field. Click one to open it in edit mode. It drops off the list once those fields are filled. *** ## Sharing and PDF Export Click **Share** on a record to copy, export or send it. | Option | What it does | | - | - | | Copy | Copy the record ID (for record links and call notes), an image, or a PDF link | | PDF | View or save a one-page PDF of the record | | Image | Save or copy as a PNG | | Send to Call | Add the record to your call as a note, link it, or both | Anyone with access to your CAD can open a copied PDF link. Dispatchers and supervisors can also send a record or lookup to a unit from the right-click menu. It opens automatically on the unit's screen. *** Still have questions?
